Shipping your order

Once you have made your purchase, it will take us 1-3 business days to process your order. On weekdays, it takes one business day, but if you place an order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a bit longer.

After your order is processed, it will be passed on to a courier who will then deliver it within an average of 7 to 10 working days.

To ensure that we can offer fair prices for our products, we have chosen to collect packages in bulk and ship them all at once once we have reached our minimum quantity. We hope for your understanding and willingness to help us create a better and healthier world.

Delayed orders

Orders may experience delays during times of high demand or busy shopping periods. If your order is delayed, please be patient and allow for up to 3 extra work days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please reach out to our customer support team at customerservice@averyandscott.co.uk.

What happens if I don’t pick up my package from the post office/service point?

The package is usually held at the post office for 7 days before it is returned to us. For more specific information, please contact your local post office or service point.

If you don’t pick up your package, it will be returned to us. The package will then be registered as “uncollected,” and we will charge an administration fee of £15 per item ordered. The remaining order amount will be refunded to you in the same way you originally paid for your order.

Damaged orders

If your package arrives damaged, it is important to document the damage by taking detailed photos immediately. Afterward, contact our customer support team and make sure to include your order number.

Returns Policy – Avery & Scott

Can I return my order?

Yes, absolutely. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving them.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • All original components, packaging, and tags must be intact and in the same condition as received.

  • Items may be tried on, but must not be worn or damaged due to careless handling.

  • Any item that arrives faulty or damaged must be reported immediately.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as outlined in our returns policy on www.averyandscott.co.uk. These costs are not reimbursed.

Returns are typically processed within 7 working days of receipt. If your return meets the conditions above, we’ll confirm and process your refund within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been worn, used, or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Return an Item

If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@averyandscott.co.uk

  2. Include the following details:

    • Your order number and reason for return

    • A photo if the item is faulty or damaged

    • Your full name and delivery address

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not return items to the sender’s address on the parcel. You’ll receive the appropriate warehouse return address after contacting us.

Return Location & Costs

All returns are processed through our international warehouse in Asia. This means your parcel will need to be sent outside the UK/EU. Return postage costs can vary and may be £20–£30 or more, depending on your courier and package weight. Unfortunately, these costs are not covered or reimbursed by Avery & Scott.

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the final item in your shipment. To exercise this right, you must email us with a clear statement (e.g. “I would like to cancel my order #1234”).

Once your cancellation is confirmed, you then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

Proof of Shipment

To help us process your return smoothly, we kindly ask that you provide proof of shipment once you’ve sent your parcel.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you (excluding original delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving either:

  • The returned goods, or

  • Valid proof that the goods have been sent back — whichever comes first.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. No refund fees will be charged.

Lost or Returned Parcels
Avery & Scott cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit, delayed or stopped at customs, or returned to us by the courier. The safe and successful return of the package remains the responsibility of the customer.
